Customers who use HubSpot payments for payment processing are not charged the 0.5% platform fee for using other Commerce Hub tools to create a payment experience.

Currently only available for customers located in the U.S. with a U.S. bank account and subject to underwriting approval. Also subject to additional terms.

HubSpot’s B2B commerce software helps you streamline your opportunity-to-revenue process to get paid faster, increase revenue, and save time. Commerce Hub features easy-to-use tools for collecting payments, and is unique to HubSpot’s other products in that it follows a pay-as-you-go pricing model. Some features are included for free, and others require the purchase of an additional HubSpot subscription. See the feature table below for details.

Commerce Hub charges a 0.5% platform fee per transaction for creating a payment experience and collecting payments with our commerce tools (in addition to any processing fees already associated with your payment processing option). The platform fee will apply depending on the payment processing option used by the customer.

Supported payment processors and platform fees:
Stripe payment processing: Customers who use Stripe payment processing will be charged the 0.5% platform fee.
Promotion: For a limited time only, Commerce Hub platform fees are waived for transactions processed with Stripe for the first 90 days after sign-up. Learn more.
